The 7 deadly psychological illnesses is a term I have come across several times in our school, and more often than I would like, but I just like to try it with the community. The first point that we need to keep in mind when we face this situation is to distinguish between different types of diseases or a disorder. In fact, most of us suffer from one or more disorders with the exception of some people who only have a little psychological trauma. In terms of a disorder is the part that has mental problems. These kinds of diseases include; depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc… There are several ways of classifying a disorder or a disorder, but here are some examples that we need to consider while classifying a human being mentally: First of all, we can consider an individual who is very shy and has issues dealing with people. They just don’t want to show off or talk to strangers and are afraid of people. Also, those who believe that they can be judged for what they think in social situations. Or maybe you think your friend acts too strong sometimes and makes rude comments. For some people, it’s just not easy to talk because they are scared of being judged. For this reason, they might not want others to know how they feel and they need to show them as much as possible instead of opening up.
Now, what about those who suffer from a certain mental illness, but are completely stable mentally. So if someone says that their head gets messed up from time to time and not able to remember things or something happens such as insomnia or depression when they are depressed. Now, they don’t have a lot of symptoms such as a problem sleeping or having depression but are just very restless and agitated. On the other hand, there are cases where a person is really unstable and has a problem taking care of themselves even when they can. A person with a problem sleeping often gets a mood change, they tend to show their anger very quickly, and they just do not trust others because of a lot of people always being there and they have no place to stay. All these things cause problems in their life. It includes social anxiety and even panic disorder.
As for bipolar depression. If someone has had it before, but they have found a way to deal with this illness during their lifetime and no longer feels the effect of depression. So bipolar depression is the opposite, they were always the most happiest but they had depression as a part of their life. However, if someone has bipolar disorder with an additional disorder that is not a mental disorder, then this can lead you to a problem, and so, you can also have this illness. When someone has this type of illness, they just have a high dosage of antidepressants or anti-anxiety chemicals, or psychotropic drugs. These things are always there but they will not affect them when they do not feel the need for them. Because they are usually good at treating them, it makes the disorder worse.
