If you need software installed on your computer, send an e-mail to IT and ask for installation assistance for your Lesley-issued computer.

What is the time frame for installing the software?


The installation process for each program takes roughly 1.5 hours. A specialist can install the software remotely. Remote desktop installations will be carried out in order to distribute the software to as many people as feasible as rapidly as possible. If you have a laptop, a technician can connect to it remotely or you can make an appointment to drop it off.
